Each exhibit booth includes 10 x 10' pipe & draped area, two non-skirted 2' X 6' tables, two chairs, two luncheon tickets, and a FREE PARKING PASS.
A non-commercial table includes one 6' table, one chair, one parking pass, but no luncheon ticket.
Hours of operation: Setup, Friday, January 20, 7 am; exhibits open Friday, January 20, 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
A parking pass will be provided to you when you arrive on campus.
Please check-in at the registration desk in the John Corker Lounge on the 2nd floor of the Student Center to pick up your parking pass.
Please bring this confirmation email with you to receive your parking pass.
