Attention: Enrollment is on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Walk ups the day of the camp or clinic are accepted ONLY IF space is still available.
Registration is due at least one week prior to the start of your camp date.
PLEASE NOTE: A Medical Release Form must be submitted for each camper. The Medical Release Form can be found here. Form is required for camp participation and must be received five (5) business days prior to camp beginning. You may also request one by mail, fax or email by emailing conferenceservices@siu.edu.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations will result in a loss of the $200 non-refundable deposit.
