Notes:
Camp check-in: 9:30 am in the lobby of the Arena
Location: SIU Carbondale MAP
Registration Fee: $325 (limited to 12 participants)
Tentative Agenda: 9:30 am – check-in
10 am – 12 pm – Supervised weightlifting and Q/A with Elite athletes
12 – 1 pm – lunch
1 – 4 pm - throwing
Camp Requirement: The Athletic Medical Release Form is required for camp participation and must be received in our office at least five business days prior to camp beginning.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: ALL requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. The registration fee, minus a $25 cancellation fee, will be refunded if you cancel by December 20th. Any time after that date, refunds (minus the $25 fee) will be issued for medical reasons only and must have a signed statement from your physician. If a medical cancellation request is not received by the last day of instruction, a refund will not be issued. Refunds are not given to campers who voluntarily leave camp or who are sent home for disciplinary reasons.
