Start Time: Tournament bracket released a week before the tournament begins
Tournament Rules:
- 15 Run Rule After 3
- 10 Run Rule After 4
- 5 run limit/inning until last inning
- NO drop 3rd strike
- NO stealing home
- NO pitch count limit
- Only 3 outfielders
- Bunting allowed
- Free substitution
Time limits:
- 1 hour, 30 min. (pool & bracket)
- Finish Inning when time limit arrives
- International tiebreaker in bracket play
